A stuffed pasta traditional to the Piedmont region of Italy, similar to ravioli but with a very different shape and method. These pasta pillows will be stuffed with creamy potato, cheese and garlic filling and served with a sausage ragu.


Once you've finished your masterpiece, you'll sit down to a delicious meal made by YOU with a lovely glass of wine.


Cancellation Policy and Waiver:

Signing up for a class is a firm commitment to attend the class.

Any changes must be made AT LEAST THREE DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT.

I fully understand and acknowledge that hands-on cooking classes and events have inherent risks, dangers and hazards and that my voluntary participation in such classes and events may result in injury or illness.

Risks may include, but are not limited to, cuts, burns and/or abrasions.I hereby release The Girl Can Cook, LLC, and each of its owners, principals, members, agents and employees from any and all liability for damage, expense, losses or personal injury/illness to myself resulting from participation in any hands-on cooking class or event.

I acknowledge that any and all pictures taken by The Girl Can Cook, LLC are the sole property of The Girl Can Cook, LLC and may be used for promotion on the website and social media on the internet.
