Pasta In My Kitchen - Herbed Pasta

Service Description

This is PASTA IN MY KITCHEN and, yes, I am inviting you into my home kitchen to make pasta, from start to finish, with Natalia and me. Classes are 3 hours long (from 6pm to 9pm). You will be hands-on for every pasta making step. This includes pasta dough making, rolling, cutting/shaping, and cooking. (Then, of course, eating and drinking.) Each pasta making session will be limited to 6 people. The topic for this month's class is HERB LAMINATED PASTA. Simply put - it is pasta embedded with fresh herbs. Herb-lamination is more of a modern technique in pasta-making. It is stunning to look at and fun to make. Perfect for a special holiday meal with fresh tomato sauce!
