In each hands-on workshop, we host you just like an Italian nonna. Gather around my kitchen island, mix and knead dough, roll and shape it by hand, and then turn simple ingredients into authentic handmade pasta you can proudly recreate.

Succulent shrimp and rich, creamy ricotta will fill your handmade ravioli. While your dough is resting, you'll make a velvety tomato cream to sauce your ravioli.

Once you've finished your little masterpieces, you'll sit down to a delicious meal made by YOU with a lovely glass of wine.
