Get Ready to Get Your Hands Dirty—The Italian Way

This is a fully hands-on experience - no shortcuts here! You’ll be kneading dough and shaping pasta entirely by hand, just like a true Italian nonna. While the dough rests, you’ll dive into making a rich and flavorful sauce crafted specifically to complement the rustic textures of our handmade pasta.
You’ll explore traditional pasta shapes from across Italy. Classic egg pasta as well as specific pastas from Southern Italy - orecchiette, cavatelli, and spizzulus. Round out your culinary repertoire with filled pastas, such as, ravioli, tortellini, and agnolotti. And don't forget, gnocchi and gnudi!
And after all your hard work? You’ll sit down to enjoy a well-earned dinner featuring your freshly made pasta and sauce - served with a beautifully paired glass of wine. Buon appetito!

Gather around the table, mix and knead real dough, roll and shape it by hand, and turn simple ingredients into authentic handmade pasta you can proudly recreate. To keep it personal and immersive, each class is limited to 6 people so you get individual guidance and plenty of one-on-one instruction.
