This is a fully hands-on experience—no shortcuts here! You’ll be kneading dough and shaping pasta entirely by hand, just like a true Italian nonna. While the dough rests, you’ll dive into making a rich and flavorful corn-based sauce—crafted specifically to complement the rustic textures of our handmade pasta.
You’ll explore traditional pasta shapes from across Southern Italy. In addition to the classics from our original Southern Italian class—orecchiette, cavatelli, and spizzulus—you’ll also learn how to shape busiate and fusilli, adding even more to your culinary repertoire.
And after all your hard work? You’ll sit down to enjoy a well-earned dinner featuring your freshly made pasta and sauce—served with a beautifully paired glass of wine. Buon appetito!
