Hello, Friends...

Our home base of Tulsa has been devastated by intense thunderstorms over the Father's Day weekend. Over 200,000 homes in the Tulsa metro are without power (including ours) and the estimated restoration time is not until Saturday, June 24.

We will be rescheduling the cook along so that gives you extra time to plan for it.

Gnocchi are classic Italian dumplings...when they're good, they're very, very good and when they're bad, ummmm

let's see, they're gummy bricks?  YUCK!

So we'll go from yuck to yum with this fool-resistant technique for making these little pillows of love. Not only that but we'll walk you through making their potato-less cousin, gnudi, using ricotta and spinach.

But wait! We're not finished yet. What about sauces? That's right we'll be making sauces as well.

Tickets are $50 per household. That means you can have a gnocchi-making party at your house with as many people as you want and it's still only $50! Crazy deal, right? We will provide recipes, ingredient and preparation lists as well as suggested equipment lists (if needed) by June 8th (two weeks before the class) so you have time to shop and get ready for a fun evening of cooking (or just watching). 

Wondering if your gnocchi looks right? You’ll be able to ask us and find out. Have a question about what to serve with gnudi? Ask away. So pull up a cutting board and grab a glass of wine because these little suckers are FUN to make.
