The gardens are bursting with tomatoes so no better time for super fresh tomatoes paired with a beautiful hand made ravioli.

Learn the technique of making ravioli “freehand”. You will make the dough, roll it out and cut the pasta by hand. While the dough is resting you will make the filling and a gorgeous tomato accompaniment. Then fill the pasta packages and finally cook and sauce them yourself

And, of course, when you've completed your masterpiece, dinner is served with an accompanying glass of wine (or two)!
