Baby Potatoes with Roasted Garlic Aioli

Roasted Baby Potatoes are a great and easy side dish for any occasion. For the perfect roasted potatoes, we recommend par-cooking them before roasting so the outside is crispy and the inside is perfectly cooked.  We like to add a little extra pizazz by serving them with Garlic Aioli.
