I watched Gordon Ramsey scramble eggs the other day and although they looked beautiful, surprise! I really don’t think most home cooks are going to go through his process. So here’s mine and it’s much easier and produces a very acceptable scrambled egg. If you’re going to add ingredients, like cheese. Be patient and wait until they have almost finished cooking.
