The Incredible Edible Scrambled Egg

Next and probably easiest to make and mess up…scrambled eggs. Everyone has their way.


I watched Gordon Ramsey scramble eggs the other day and although they looked beautiful, surprise! I really don’t think most home cooks are going to go through his process. So here’s mine and it’s much easier and produces a very acceptable scrambled egg. If you’re going to add ingredients, like cheese. Be patient and wait until they have almost finished cooking. Salt, contrary to popular wisdom does not change the texture of the eggs but do use gentle heat and take them off the heat before they are completely finished to account for carry over cooking.
