The gardens are bursting with tomatoes so no better time for super fresh tomatoes paired with a beautiful hand made ravioli.


This class will build on egg pasta making skills. You will make the dough, roll it out and cut the pasta by hand. Learn the technique of making ravioli “freehand” and then cooking it yourself. While the dough is resting you will make the filling and a gorgeous tomato accompaniment.


At the end of your work, you'll sit down to a well-deserved dinner of your very own handmade pasta with a very nice glass of wine.

Signing up for a class is a firm commitment to attend the class.

Any changes must be made AT LEAST THREE DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT.

I fully understand and acknowledge that hands-on cooking classes and events have inherent risks, dangers and hazards and that my voluntary participation in such classes and events may result in injury or illness.
