Let's get festive! Just in time for the holidays...
Sacchetti is a stunning type of Italian tortellini that adds a touch of elegance to any holiday meal. 
Most often found in the regions of Lombardy and Emilia Romagna, it is a type of pasta from the middle ages meaning a bundle or purse.
We will shape them to resemble a square dumpling using two traditional methods to fill and serve, one cheese and one meat. It's something for everyone!
 
Once you've finished your masterpiece, you'll sit down to a delicious meal made by YOU with a lovely glass of wine.
 
Cancellation Policy and Waiver:
Signing up for a class is a firm commitment to attend the class.
Any changes must be made AT LEAST THREE DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT.
I fully understand and acknowledge that hands-on cooking classes and events have inherent risks, dangers and hazards and that my voluntary participation in such classes and events may result in injury or illness.
Risks may include, but are not limited to, cuts, burns and/or abrasions.I hereby release The Girl Can Cook, LLC, and each of its owners, principals, members, agents and employees from any and all liability for damage, expense, losses or personal injury/illness to myself resulting from participation in any hands-on cooking class or event.
