So we'll go from yuck to yum with this fool-resistant technique for making these little pillows of love.
Not only that but we'll walk you through making their potato-less cousin, gnudi, using ricotta and spinach.
But wait! We're not finished yet. What about sauces? That's right we'll be making sauces as well.
An entire evening of gnocchi and gnudi making! What a great way to spend a warm summer evening.
