Making pasta from scratch also allows you to mix in additional flavors. The addition of pureed spinach offers a mild taste and turns the pasta dough a beautiful and brilliant green. Spinach pasta dough can be made into spaghetti, lasagna, or ravioli, and once cooked is delicious topped with a variety of sauces.

You will go from start to finish with cooking the spinach, making the puree then the pasta dough.

While your dough rests, you will make a fresh tomato cream sauce.

After forming your pasta, cooking and finishing your pasta in the sauce, you will sit down for a relaxing dinner with a lovely glass of wine.

 

Cancellation Policy and Waiver:

Signing up for a class is a firm commitment to attend the class.

Any changes must be made AT LEAST THREE DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT.

I fully understand and acknowledge that hands-on cooking classes and events have inherent risks, dangers and hazards and that my voluntary participation in such classes and events may result in injury or illness.
