Make pasta, from start to finish, with Natalia and me.

Each class is 3 hours long (from 6pm to 9pm). You will be hands-on for every pasta making step, dough making, rolling, cutting/shaping, cooking, and then eating. A full 3 hours of pasta making and fun, of course!
Yes, this is a commitment and an investment in yourself. And honestly, this program is not for everyone.
But if you are ready to take the next step beyond what you might have learned in our studio classes (or elsewhere), then this will be a fun and rewarding experience.
