Roasted Beets

Roasted beets have an amazing, earthy and rich flavor and come in a variety of colors (if you can find them). They are a great side dish but they can be a little messy to prepare. In this video, we show you the easy way to roast and peel these bad ass beets. We fancy them up with a little goat cheese and balsamic reduction.
