Eggs seem simple enough and they are because it is a food in and of itself but it is also a difficult item in the culinary world. Cooking an egg is often the test of a chef. I’m not testing you (or me for that matter) but I am going to review several common ways to prepare eggs. They won’t change your life, I don’t think, but it could make it easier and you won’t shy away from cooking an egg.
