Apricot Chicken
In this class, we are throwing back to the 60 and 70s (and I'm channeling my inner Julia Child) with this one from my childhood, Apricot Chicken. This dish uses a few zesty ingredients like Russian dressing, stroke-inducing onion soup mix, and of course, apricot preserves.
